Just Breathe and Run POSTPONED rescheduled to July 24-26!

Just Breathe and Run is a charity barrel race that focuses on the need for awareness and funds designated to the research needed to find a cure. Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening, genetic disorder that is typically invisible at first glance. CF is primarily known for affecting the respiratory system. However, the respiratory system is simply one of the many targets Cystic Fibrosis attacks. Generally, it affects all of the exocrine glands. One who is affected by Cystic Fibrosis has a salt deficiency which results in sticky mucus that overtakes the lungs and digestive system, trapping bacteria and viruses resulting in colonization. Just Breathe and Run was an idea that seemed so far fetch at the time. Team Just Breathe and Run is still in disbelief that Just Breathe and Run is not only real, but truly successful. Just Breathe and Run was a just dream…until it became a reality. In the past two years, Just Breathe and Run has shown great success raising over $50,000 for Cystic Fibrosis research. The 2020 Just Breathe and Run Barrel Race for Cystic Fibrosis will be held on April 24-26.

Coming to Just Breathe and Run you will find there is an Open, Youth, Novice, PeeWee, Futurity Sidepot and Stick Horse Race! Team Just Breathe and Run has new additions being added in 2020 that we are so excited to announce. Aside from the “Horse With The Most Heart” Award and “Traveled the Farthest” Award, in 2020 Just Breathe and Run will also be hosting a “Just Breathe Timed Event Challenge” on March 28-29, 2019 at Triple Crown Equestrian Center in Lincoln, California.
