Pre-entries required to be in the draw.
***Rabies (within a year of show date) and coggins (with in a 2 years if horse lives in NY, outside of NY with in 1 year) are required for this show AND will need to be seen to be able to participate in this show. If you are traveling to this show from outside of NY you will also need health papers from your veterinarian. When pre-entering please include images of rabies, coggins and healths papers***
We need 3 barrel setters and 2 gate people for this show. Please message the page to volunteer. Volunteers will be compensated.
***Anyone under the age of 18 MUST have a helmet on when on horse back.***
***CAN NOT ENTER THE FAIRGROUNDS BEFORE 2PM***
Add on entries and arena open @5pm, close 6:15pm SHARP
Warm ups @6:15pm
Runs @7pm, or as soon as warms are done-peewee, open, youth
Open ($200 minimum added, 4D) $30 entry fee
($5 to arena, $2 timer, $1 district 2, $1 district 5, $2 state nbha) ($19 back to “pot”)

***Pre entries are highly suggested! If you are not able to pre-enter, you will be an add on! Show office traffic will be extremely limited!***

Dress code IS required. This event is during the week of the fair. We need to look professional for the spectators. Helmets MUST be worn for riders under the age of 18 that are on horseback.
Competitors if you are bringing a dog, it needs to be on a leash at your trailer.
Entries MUST BE MADE by message to NBHA Districts 2 & 5 Facebook page by Thursday August 19th by 2PM.
Payment including all entry info must be completed by PAYPAL to [email protected] via friends & family by Thursday August 19th by 2PM
Entries made before Thursday August 19th by 2PM will be in the draw. No refunds.
***Entries include a message to the NBHA Districts 2 & 5 Facebook page and paypal payment via friends and family to [email protected]. Both of those items need to be accomplished for your entry to be taken.***
The DRAW will be posted to NBHA Districts 2 & 5 Facebook page on TUESDAY August 23rd, by end of day.
When submitting your entry PLEASE BE CLEAR on entries per horse. Use the following format when entering: (blank below) We also need images of your rabies, coggins and health papers.
For any 00 members looking to nominate their run for Sunday. The clip board with the sheet will be at the add on entry table from 5pm-6:15pm.
Add on entries and day of show warm ups are cash only, in exact money. There will be envelopes and forms at the add on entry table. Once filled in, please leave in box at the add on entry table.
