Superior Therapy Training – Warm Up/Cool Down

About this Event
Every athlete has a customized warm up plan before every game… So should your horse!! Let’s us help customize a plan that will help you and your horse move your best before competition. Each horse will get an individual assessment and a series of exercises for their body type and competition goals.
Cooling down is important too! We will teach you stretches, tips, and tricks to help mobilize the body and create better functioning muscle. Get the edge above the competition, by creating a routine that will help your horse excel in the arena.
Bring your horse, your goals and a notepad!
Each horse will get an custom plan for their needs and a Free PEMF treatment to finish up the day! This event is open to all riding levels and all events. You’ll also get a behind the scenes tour of Superior Therapy LLC!
