   Colorado’s own Courtney Ford swept the Open 1D average with times of 17.416, 17.268 and 17.205 to take home a Bob Berg trophy buckle, Formula 707 and Wrangler gift certificates, as well as a Classic Equine trophy saddle blanket, not to mention $2,051 in cash for her weekend efforts.

   Elbert, Colo., cowgirl Kim Schulze jockeyed two Frenchmans Guy-bred geldings, French Dream and Vegaspeed, to $2,959 in earnings to take high money winner honors, while Shali Lord, of Lamar, Colo., earned an impressive $2,762 after racing to victory during the thrilling first annual Spin3 Super Slot Race. Lord posted a 17.144 aboard Cashin Ease to take the slot race title.
