“It feels good,” said Pozzi. “I raised and trained this horse and won on her two years ago here in the $100,000 slot race.”
It took Pozzi just took 15.681 seconds to put herself at the head of the leaderboard and claim the title. Her time is the fastest clocked yet this week in a title event and nets her $10,000.
“There’s a lot of hard work that goes into this,” Pozzi stated. “A lot of it is a mental game. Sometimes I want to quit but I hung in there and it paid off.”
