World Champions
November 2, 2024 — PERRY, GEORGIA — The 2024 National Barrel Horse Association Open & Senior World Championship has concluded, naming ten competitors the 2024 World Champions after a tough finals round in both divisions.
Randee Prindle and Red Man Jones left their mark in round two of the Open, winning the round with a 14.607. Running the fastest time of the event in the finals, Prindle came back to win the 1D Open World Championship with an astounding 14.394, besting Chloe Gray’s 14.802 to be second, and adding $9,871 to her and Red Man Jones earnings in Georgia.
Mike Green claimed the 1D Senior World Championship with a 14.823 aboard home-raised stallion Lovininthefastlane, full brother to wife Janelle Green’s mare Alittlegoodbyegirl who won round two of the senior division. The 2018 stallion by The Goodbye Lane has excess of $70,000 in EquiStat lifetime earnings, and placed fifth and sixth in round one and two of the senior division before claiming the world championship with Mike, who has nearly $700,000 in lifetime rider earnings.

November 2, 2024 — PERRY, GEORGIA — The 2024 National Barrel Horse Association Open & Senior World Championships Mil-Spec Liner Redemption Rounds have concluded, confirming the finals qualifiers who are one step closer to a world championship.
Patti Elliot ran a 15.217 on Famous Dash Diamond, 2017 mare by Iama Famous Dash to add $502 to their earnings in Georgia and claim a place in the senior finals.
Taylor Carver ran home-raised gelding Oh Im Swingin For Perks, by Oh Nonstop out of Swingin Perks to a 14.760, winning $1,294 and qualifying for the finals and a potential world championship.

Round Two Winners
October 31, 2024 — PERRY, GEORGIA — The 2024 National Barrel Horse Association Open & Senior World Championships wrap up round two with fast runs and high payouts as barrel racers secure finals qualifications in hopes of a world championship.
Capitalizing on consistency, Randee Prindle and 2011 gelding Red Man Jones placed fourth in the open round one with a 14.696 worth $2,944 and came back to win round two with a 14.607 and add an additional $3,668 to their earnings in Georgia. The Jud Little bred gelding by Brownie Jones was purchased by Prindle out of the 2015 Better Barrel Races World Sale as a 4-year-old. Now won more than $640,000 with Prindle, the dynamic duo has a long list of career accolades including winning the 2020 RFD-TV The American Semifinals.
Janelle Green and home-raised mare Alittlegoodbyegirl won the senior round two with a 14.791, banking $776, after hitting a barrel in the first round. Green has excess of $218,000 in EquiStat lifetime earnings, majority aboard Sissys Little Coin progeny, including Alittlegoodbyegirl who is by The Goodbye Lane.

October 29, 2024 — PERRY, GEORGIA — The 2024 National Barrel Horse Association Open and Senior World Championships continues in Perry, Georgia, at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. Round One has officially concluded with winners in both the Open and Senior collecting paychecks and one step closer to a world title.
Kaylee Nicole Weaver aboard French Bling N Kandy found top honors in the Open from a time of 14.401. French Bling N Kandy is a 2018 sorrel mare by The Kandyman and out of the A Streak Of Fling daughter French Streakofbling. “Bling” began her career earning $40,473 with Hallie Hanssen before Weaver took over the reins this year. In their short partnership together Weaver and Bling are on their way to earning big wins in the barrel pen. They’ve already earned paychecks at events like the Elite Youth and Summer Sizzle, as well as The American qualifier in Jackson, Mississippi. So far at the NBHA Open World they’ve earned $5,151 for their Round One win.
Rebecca Campbell rode Im On Flingin Fire to the top of the Senior in Round One from a time of 14.952, worth $776. Im On Flingin Fire is a 2016 bay roan mare by A Streak Of Fling and out of the Bully Bullion daughter Merrazona Bully. “Remi” has garnered more than $33,000 in EquiStat career earnings thus far and is continuing to add to those earnings in Georgia. Campbell also finished ninth in the 1D of the Senior aboard Call Me Slick Fame with a 15.278, which was out of the money, but sits her nicely for the chance to qualify for the finals aboard both horses.

October 28, 2024 — PERRY, GEORGIA — The 2024 National Barrel Horse Association Open and Senior World Championships kicked off in Perry, Georgia, at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. Contestants have already been picking up paychecks and titles in the first few days of competition. Makayla Maddie rode Magnolias On Fire to the win in the Sweepstakes Race with a time of 14.830. Patti Elliott topped the 1D in the Super Senior Race with a time of 15.331 aboard Famously Epic.
Magnolias On Fire is a 2017 sorrel mare Be A Magnolia Runner and out of the Fire Water Flit mare, Fire Water Fetish. Together Maddie and Magnolias On Fire have earned more than $62,000 in EquiStat reported career earnings and added $2,427 to that total from their Sweepstakes win.
Famously Epic is a 2020 gray gelding by Epic Leader and out of the Roosters Fame daughter Diamond Fame. Elliott and Famously Epic earned $506 for the win in the Super Senior.
