Four days of regular performances will take place Sept. 15-18, but there is much more in store for those who come early to Round-Up week. Barrel racers and steer ropers will run in slack on Monday, Tuesday will features slack for all the other timed events, and Professional Bull Riding will come to the Happy Canyon Arena each evening.
Tickets are sold out for the regular rodeo performances on Friday and Saturday, but many are still available for Wednesday and Thursday. Each of the performances will feature regular rodeo events and include a throwback to years past, with the hide race on Wednesday and wild horse racing on Thursday. The highlight Friday will be a serpentine grand entry prior to the show featuring 100 American flags, and classic—or snub—bucking will be in the spotlight in the final performance. And the Happy Canyon Night Pageant, the grandest Indian Beauty contest and dancing performance found anywhere in North America, will also take place throughout the week as well.
