The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo ticket office officially opens for business Monday, Nov. 29 at 9 a.m. Longtime Stock Show patrons and newcomers alike will line-up early at 3401 West Lancaster in Fort Worth, Texas, to purchase 2011 rodeo tickets. Adding to the festive atmosphere, The Moos Brothers and Stock Show staff members will help greet Stock Show patrons.

“This is an annual tradition that reminds us of how supportive our local community is of the legendary Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo,” said Bradford S. Barnes, president and general manager. “Some of our best advocates have attended our ticket office opening for decades. It is a yearly ritual for them.”  

Tickets will be on sale for these traditional favorites:

“Best of the West” Ranch Rodeo – Jan. 14-15 at 7:30 p.m. (1/15 Sold Out) Eight prestigious ranches from the southwest compete for bragging rights in traditional working ranch events.
“Best of Mexico Celebración” – Jan. 16 at 7:30 p.m. Catch the flavor of the music, dancing and horsemanship skills, unique to the traditions of Mexico.
Cowboys of Color Rodeo – Jan. 17 at 2 p.m. A multicultural event featuring traditional rodeo action plus appearances by Circle L5 Riding Club, La Guadalupana and the highly acclaimed vaquero, Jerry Diaz.
“Bulls’ Night Out” Extreme Bull Riding – Jan. 18-19 at 7:30 p.m. The PRCA’s toughest bull riders face off against the rankest bulls on the circuit during two action-packed performances.
“World’s Original Indoor Rodeo” – Jan. 20-Feb. 5. The Stock Show Rodeo will host over 1,200 PRCA rodeo athletes during 30 performances of action. (Feb. 5, 7:30 Final performance, sold out)    

On the day of the specified rodeo performance, rodeo tickets provide access to the entire Stock Show grounds, Rodeo Roadhouse (live music venue), all livestock and equestrian shows, commercial exhibits and three world-class museums: National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History and Cattle Raisers Museum.
