The South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa — site of this week’s PCCHA Futurity, Derby and Classic/Challenges — announced the move late Monday night.

“In the wake of this tragic event, we will be offering free hotel accommodations to those traveling to Las Vegas to assist their loved ones,” management wrote on the hotel’s Facebook page.

At least 59 people were killed and more than 500 were injured when a man repeatedly fired into the crowd Sunday at an outdoor concert near the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, the Las Vegas Sun reported. The scene was about six miles north of the South Point.

Organizers of the PCCHA Futurity do not believe anyone associated with the show, which starts Thursday morning, was injured at the concert. The stable area wasn’t open to competitors at the time of the attack.

South Point staff also pledged to assist those affected by the tragedy, using the hashtag #VegasStrong.

“God bless this community, the first responders, and all of those affected both directly and indirectly on this dark night,” they said.
