Hailey Garrison Graham and 2014 gelding TM He Be Gee Be win the Average title at the Columbia River Circuit Finals in Redmond, Oregon, October 16-18. Megan McLeod-Sprague won the Year-End title.
Now a four-time Women’s Professional Rodeo Association circuit finals qualifier, Hailey Garrison Graham and her gelding TM He Be Gee Be are a force in the Columbia River Circuit. The pair proved themselves once again by taking back-to-back average titles.
“We started the year of strong with almost $10,000 won at the 2024 Columbia River Circuit Finals to boost us in the 2025 standings,” Garrison Graham said. “Our goal for the year was to capitalize on big runs throughout the summer. Hebe and I won around $24,000 in the month of July and placed at every rodeo from the middle of June through the beginning of August. My goal wasn’t to make the finals this year so we didn’t hit a ton in August and September.”
Garrison Graham and Hebe finished the season ranked No. 31 in the WPRA world standings with $56,235 in earnings from 40 rodeos.

At the circuit finals, they placed second in both round one and two, earning $3,688. Their 15.10 won round three and an additional $2,458. An time of 45.47 on three runs put them at the top of the Average for another check worth $3,687.
“My runs felt great,” she said. “Hebe hadn’t made a run in a month so I knew after the first round he would just get faster, and he did. I was happy to have a healthy horse and consistent runs, that’s all I could ask for!”
Heading into 2026, Garrison Graham plans to stay on her own course, focused on happy and healthy horses.
“We are happy with whatever God has planned for us,” she added. “I am lucky to have great companies behind me; Standlee forage, omega fields, Master Saddles, and Sharp Sports Medicine, as well as a great support system in my husband Jack, parents, and all our family and friends.”
