The Nutrena American Quarter Horse Association World Show took place November 1-20 at the OKC Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with Nearly 5,000 entries from around the world after qualifying in their respected disciplines. Barrel racers showed up and showed out inside the historic Jim Norick Arena.
World champions in each class won custom-designed gold globe trophies, world champion buckles, champion neck wreaths, 100 pounds of Nutrena feed, world champion patches and a leather jacket in addition to cash prizes.
Junior Barrel Racing Champion: DaCota Monk and TNR Wannaseemycancan
DaCota Monk and 2019 mare TNR Wannaseemycancan (Eddie Stinson x Chase This Ivory x Ivory James) ran a 15.815 in the finals to win $3,811 and the Junior Barrel Racing World Championship. The pair was third in the preliminary round with a 16.248.

Bailee Snow and 2019 gelding Eysa Slick Eddie (Slick By Design x VF Eysa Famous x Eddie Stinson) won the preliminary round with a 16.044 and ran a 15.861 in the finals to claim the Reserve World Championship and $2,785.

Senior Barrel Racing Champion: Dusky Lynn Hall and Aint Seen Famous Yet
The youngest millionaire cowgirl, Dusky Lynn Hall and 2014 gelding Aint Seen Famous Yet (Aint Seen Nothin Yet x A Nasty Chick x Its Royal Time) ran a 16.100 to top the Senior Barrel Racing leaderboard and win $6,873. Hall and “Wally” also won the preliminary round with a 16.025.

Amateur Select Barrel Racing Champion: Sissie Wherrell and Good As Bully Gets
Sissie Wherrell and 2017 mare Good As Bully Gets (As Good As Nick Gets x Dial Three Four Four x Bully Bullion) won $3,607 for their 16.434 in the Amateur Select Barrel Racing Finals.

Amateur Barrel Racing Champion: Amanda Joan Clark and Dancin For Fame
Amanda Joan Clark and 2014 mare Dancin For Fame (Dashin Diesel x Aces Powder x Ace Remedy) won the Amateur Barrel Racing Championship with a 16.346 in the finals, collecting $3,206.
