JULY 12, 2019, Calgary, Alberta, Canada — Hailey Kinsel and DM Sissy Hayday can’t be stopped in the Calgary Stampede barrel racing, winning their fourth round to sweep Pool B and head into the finals with $22,000 already in the bank.

Kinsel and “Sister” have had a historic week in Calgary on fast ground, tying the previous arena record of 16.99 in their first run. In the second round, Jennifer Sharp and Six French Smooches (2011 mare, Frenchmans Fabulous x Runnin Jesse Orchid x Marthas Six Moons) broke the record with a 16.96, only for Kinsel and Sister to shatter the clock at 16.93 and set a new one.

The bottom six money winners from Pool A and the bottom six money winners from Pool B advance to Wild Card Round on July 13. The two top fastest times advance to the Semifinals on Sunday.

On July 14, the Semifinals consists of the top four money winners from Pool A and the top four money winners from Pool B and the two fastest times from Wild Card Saturday.

The top four contestants from the Semifinals will advance to the Showdown Round that same day. The Calgary Stampede Champion will be determined by the fastest time in the Showdown round.
