Q: Can I enlarge the screen? Why does the video look bad when I try?
A: You can try to make the player fullscreen, but you are right – it will look bad when you do this. In order to play a video larger and have it look good, more data needs to stream from the feed to your screen. You might have a great internet connection that can handle this, but we are limited by the internet connection at the arenas. Most arenas don’t have great internet connections. We are always working to make the webcast better though, and as we get better access from the arenas- we’ll be sure to increase the default viewing size.
Q: The player froze! Did the webcast stop?
A: Nope! Just give it a minute to catch up, or try refreshing the page. With the limited internet access at many arenas, it isn’t unheard of for there to be a short pause or delay every once in awhile.
Q: Why isn’t the video player working on my android device?
A: This is a known problem. If you look just beneath the webcast player, you’ll see a link “FOR ANDROID USERS”. If you follow that link, you should be able to begin watching the stream.
